Shipping and Delivery Services
We ship from New Jersey. We ship to all US, APO/FPO/DPO, and US Territories addresses.
USPS First Class orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of order date, excluding weekends. You can expect to receive your order in 3-7 business days via USPS First Class Mail.
USPS Priority Mail orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of order date, excluding weekends. You can expect to receive your order in 2-4 business days (not including processing times.)
UPS Ground orders (available for the 48 contiguous states) placed from Monday to Friday before 12PM PST will ship out the same day. You can expect to receive your order depending on your location.
Expedited orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12PM PST will ship out the same day. You can expect your order 1 business day for Overnight shipping and 2 business days for 2-Day shipping, not including Saturdays. These orders are processed via FedEx or UPS / USPS.
*Orders placed after Friday's cutoff and on the weekends will ship the next business day.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, you will not be able to change it. Please understand that we try to provide the fastest turn-around time possible to ensure you receive your order quickly.
Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
It is unusual to receive a damaged product from SEP Filipino Grocery . However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by emailing sales.sepenterprises@gmail.com. We may require you to return any unopened products to us for quality control information and will determine this once contacted. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be sent to the provided email address once an order is 'fulfilled', which means it has been packed up and is ready to ship. You will also be able to find this information when you log into your account.
Orders are typically sent the same day a tracking number is generated. Don't panic if you don't see the tracking information update, scans may not be available until your package reaches the USPS sorting facility closer to its final destination.
Along the journey, the USPS may route a package incorrectly, or cause unexpected delays and error. Shipping times via USPS are only estimates and do not provide a money-back guarantee. In the event that you are experiencing a delay, please feel free to reach out to us. We'll be more than happy to try and find a solution for you.
While it is unusual for a package to take longer than a week, a missing package claim will only be processed between 15-30 days after the ship date.
